If you're using Photoshop to create web site mock-up, Adobe has kuler to guide you what color combination can be apply perfectly on the page you are designing. This feature is already integrated in Photoshop CS4.

Here you can see different outputs (monochrome, analogic, triad, etc.) for the color combinations you may want to apply on your page.
